Conceived as a means of acknowledging top-quality products and implemented through a series of blind taste tests by culinary professionals, the Fiery Food Challenge has become the zesty food industry benchmark for producers of spicy foodstuffs.

The San Francisco Fancy Food Show, one of three annual events produced by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT), will feature more than 1,000 exhibitors offering more than 50,000 specialty products from all over the world. The show is expected to attract 15,000 to 30,000 attendees from specialty food, wine, gift and department stores, supermarkets, restaurants, mail order and other related businesses. Held at the city's Moscone Center January 18-20, d'Oni Enterprises will be exhibiting from booth 406.
