Lean On Me, Naturally!

It has been reported that many American's gain around 10 pounds from October 31 to January 1 due to the yummy foods prepared during the holidays. Whereas we should never fool ourselves into believing we can resist our mom's pumpkin pie -- maybe we should just be proactive and make healthier choices during the days that are not holidays?

  • Eat REAL Food! Use spices to make bland, lean protein both moist, flavorful and healthy!

  • Keep Full: Eat around healthier meals throughout the day.

  • Remember that FAT is usually used to keep food moist -- moisten your food with fat-free alternatives.

  • Make choices: Choose only one high fat content item (ie: I would rather choose ice cream over a high fat salad dressing any day ; > )

  • Create salad dressings using stronger flavors and less oil.

  • Stay committed to your exercise plan.

Bold as Love Salad Dressing
