Ingredients
Yield
8 ears of corn
½ lb Butter (place in bowl and soften at room temp)
3 Tbl d'Oni Happy Together grill.glaze.dip
1 Tbl d'Oni Burning Desire Habanero Hot sauce
2 Tbl Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
2 Tbl Green onion (chopped)
1 Tbl Fresh Garlic (minced)
1 Tbl Fresh Ginger (minced)
½ Tbl Fresh Ground Sea Salt or Kosher Salt
8 each Ears White Corn (carefully pull back husk "don't remove husk" silk
from corn.
16 each 4 inch pieces of kitchen twine

Barbecue
Corn on the Cobb, with d'Oni Butter
Pre-heat
grill:
- Add
happy together and burning desire to bowl with butter and stir to mix
well.
- Add
in cilantro, Green Onion, Garlic, Ginger and salt to bowl with butter
and mix well.
- Spread
butter mixture on each ear of corn, pull husk back over corn cover corn
and butter completely.
- Tie
each corn with two pieces of kitchen twine.
- Place
Corn in bowl of Ice Water and let soak for ½ hour.
- Remove
corn from ice water and grill corn until husk is slightly charred on
all sides, turning constantly (approximately 30 minutes)
- Remove
corn from grill and remove husk and enjoy.
