d'Oni habanero barbecue sauce

2 T. - butter

1/2 med. - red onion, finely diced

8-10,chopped garlic cloves

3 cups or 24 oz. - tomatos, chopped (Pomi), boxed tomatos

1/4 cup - Ketchup

2 T. - Bold as Love

3 T. - dark brown sugar

1 T. - honey

2 T. - mollasses

1 T. -Burning Desire

3 T. - Moondance Marinade

1 T. - worcestershire sauce

1 T. - red chili pepper flakes

1 T. - ancho chili

1 T. - pasilla chili

1/2 cup - rice vinegar

In a medium saucepan over medium heat...heat the butter and add onions & garlic, heat until translucent, add the tomatoes and simmer for 15 min. - add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Puree mixture in food-processor, pour into a bowl and allow to cool at room temperature. Yields 4 to 5 cups
