T. Moondance Marinade

t. Burning Desire Habanero Hot Sauce

Whisk
all ingredients. Pour sauce on platter, placing crab cakes on of sauce,
topping with additional sauce.

Serves 12 in only 25 minutes!
- 1
lb. crab meat
- 1
red pepper
- 1/2
cup cracker-meal
- 1/4
cup Bold as Love
- 2
eggs or egg-beaters
- 3
T.. chopped fresh cilantro/chopped scallions
- 3/4
t Moondance Marinade of for dipping~
Heat
broiler. In a bowl combine: crab meat, red-pepper and cracker-meal.
In separate bowl, whisk together mustard, eggs, cilantro & seasonings.
Stir gently into crab meat mixture to combine. Shape into tablespoon-size
patties and place on broiler-pan. Broil for 10 minutes, turning once
or until crispy & brown. Garnish with cilantro, wedges of limes,
scallions.
