Crab Cake Sauce - compliments of Mark Goldenberg

  • 1 T. Crem Fresh
  • 1 T. Mayo
  • 1 T. Moondance Marinade
  • 1 t. Burning Desire Habanero Hot Sauce
  • 1 T. Organic Catsup

Whisk all ingredients. Pour sauce on platter, placing crab cakes on of sauce, topping with additional sauce.

Mini Crab Cakes
Serves 12 in only 25 minutes!

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 cup cracker-meal
  • 1/4 cup Bold as Love
  • 2 eggs or egg-beaters
  • 3 T.. chopped fresh cilantro/chopped scallions
  • 3/4 t Moondance Marinade of for dipping~

Heat broiler. In a bowl combine: crab meat, red-pepper and cracker-meal. In separate bowl, whisk together mustard, eggs, cilantro & seasonings. Stir gently into crab meat mixture to combine. Shape into tablespoon-size patties and place on broiler-pan. Broil for 10 minutes, turning once or until crispy & brown. Garnish with cilantro, wedges of limes, scallions.
