This
Kamameshi recipe is compliments of Mark
Goldenberg:
1 lb Moondance marinated salmon (marinate salmon for one hour)
1 c. rice
3 T. moondance
1 t. burning desire
1 c. baby carrots (chopped)
1 green onion
1 T. butter
1 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
1/4 cup of sake
1/2 c. frozen peas
Steps:

Put
all ingredients in rice cooker, laying the salmon on top.

Turn
rice cooker on!

When
rice cooker has finished, stir (chopping up the salmon after if
is done cooking) Add a little extra moondance, happy together and
burning desire as they taste!
