Barbecue
Corn on the Cobb, with d'Oni Butter
Pre-heat
grill:
- Add
happy together and burning desire to bowl with butter and stir to mix
well.
- Add
in cilantro, Green Onion, Garlic, Ginger and salt to bowl with butter
and mix well.
- Spread
butter mixture on each ear of corn, pull husk back over corn cover corn
and butter completely.
- Tie
each corn with two pieces of kitchen twine.
- Place
Corn in bowl of Ice Water and let soak for ½ hour.
- Remove
corn from ice water and grill corn until husk is slightly charred on
all sides, turning constantly (approximately 30 minutes)
- Remove
corn from grill and remove husk and enjoy.
