BOLD AS LOVE HONEY HABANERO MUSTARD

Ingredients: Water, honey, chili peppers, sugar, mustard, flour, white distilled vinegar, wheat flour, salt, garlic, white wine, xantham gum, lemon juice, paprika, onion, tumeric and annato, citric acid, habanero chilis, soybean oil, spices and natural flavor.

Bold as Love Honey Habanero Salad Dressing

• 2 1/2 tablespoons Bold As Love Honey-Habanero Mustard
• 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
• 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1 small garlic clove, minced and mashed to a paste with 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives

In a bowl whisk together the mustard, the gingerroot, the vinegar, the soy sauce, and the garlic paste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the dressing until it is emulsified. Stir in the chives and salt and pepper to taste. Toss the dressing with salad greens.
